Don founded the firm and retired in 2022 and consults as requested. He has been listed as one of the top ten CPAs in San Francisco. Don has also acted as an expert witness and has presented testimony regarding accounting, security and tax matters before various courts and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has provided litigation support in cases involving business contracts, determination of losses and marital litigation.
